Food Cycles

In a self-sustaining ecosystem, a place for crops to grow must be set aside, allowing foods to be grown and cultivated. The more people and other animals, the more crops need to be grown.

Plants also make viable compost factoring in as a growth medium for crops.

The food cycle ties closely into the Nitrogen Cycle, Solid Waste Recovery, and nutrition.
